  about 60 people would turn up..
  
  erm.. besides chatting.. eating.. BBQ..

  organiser think of one whole list of items...... about 20?
  then break up the ppl into groups of 10
  they have to go beg, borrow, steal, find all the items listed
  
  the items can be as wacky as possible, but not impossible to find within the premises.
