  as if singapore do not have lots of such brawls and fight b4.Long back in my secondary school days already lots of such stuff already with the beng culture.Am sure even b4 that it is worst during the real secret society era.Maybe it is just that now information is spread faster and more of such incidents are broadcasted

  (Malaysia) THE highest number of medical negligence cases in Malaysia occurs in the delivery room.
  
  Health Ministry statistics show that about 4 out of every 10 negligence cases are from the field of obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G).
  
  From 2000 to last year, 61 negligence cases involving government healthcare providers, mainly doctors, have been settled in and out of court.
