MDIS run-down? Do u know they just move into the NEW unicampus last year? And btw, they have four floors, not two.
Anyway, just to tell u the facilities MDIS have:
A gym
A soccer field
A tennis court
A multi-purpose hall(inside got 3 badminton courts and 2 tables for table tennis)
A canteen(5 food stalls, 1 drink stall, 1 snack stall)
A library
A bookshop
A basketball court
And not forgetting, more than 10,000 students
If I am not wrong, PSB has also moved into a new campus near Tiong Bahru Plaza, not sure how good it is.
As for SIM, I think they lack the sports facilities that my school has. They have 2 food courts though, a library 2-3 times the size of MDIS's library, 2-3 rooms that are open for students to study in prior to exam, a huge hall for exams which even Ngee Ann Poly use.
But more importantly, their course coordinators are less farked up than my school's...
