In the first place, did your friend entered any kind of contest or competition! If not then how can he win anything at all? Your friend is greedy and I hope he get cheated because if not he will not learn even though all these kind of scams frauds is so rampant so many cases reported in the media yet he believe he win something when he has not take part in any of any kind of contest!

it happen everyday,sometime ppl call me on my home phone ,then end up something like chinese speaking, then u have to press number 9 to continue the conversation.. i suspect its the possible china Scam that I've ever heard of.
