Which prepaid card service provider is better?

  In terms of pricing of call charges and the price of prepaid card.
  
  Maybe starhub? their card costs 15 for a 18 dollar card i think.

  Apart from seeing the price of the prepaid card and the charges, you can also take note of the topup amount.
  
  Topup for Starhub Prepaid card can be as low as $10. But M1 topup have to be at least $18. If your usage is low, $10 can last you for 6 months.

  i dun need to call overseas de so normal ones will suffice

  Used to use Starhub, then switched to Singtel line plan... Starhub reception in buildings pretty bad.
