  then got a slight drizzle and i said oh no its drizzling.
  
  but then i looked up n realized the water droplets came from laundry being hung out to dry at a block of flats.

  The unit above ours also never dry their clothes properly one..all still dripping water when they hang it out..they think they live in bungalow ah? If they live in private property, I don't give a fark damn..but they live in HDB leh..all shared..lydat others don't need hang clothes?

  Well, what's a tumble dryer for? Hanging should be limited to apparel that requires drip drying.
