  blur about what u want... but u can drag the tiny triangle thing at the ruler bar to align ur text

  hmm, i just wanna place the entire text, centered in the page, horizontally and vertically.

  open File > Page Setup and click on the Layout tab.
  
  Select the Center option in the vertical alignment drop down menu.
  
  after that just click center align to align your text horizontally

  ok, found the method.
  
  On the Page Layout tab, click the Page Setup Dialog Box Launcher, and then click the Layout tab.
  
  In the Vertical alignment box, click the option that you want.
  
  In the Apply to box, click Whole document, This section, or This point forward, and then click OK.

  PCT say liao, use text box. Problem is, you use wrong text box.

  draw a text box in the middle of the page and type the words inside the text box, next highlight all the words and choose Justify or Centralize...
  
  The text box can be adjusted to fit nicely in the page....
  
  BTW are there right and wrong text boxes?

  For MS, they are cute. There are 2 kinds of text boxes.
  
  The normal one is where words will become a horizontal sentence. The other one, is what TS wants.
