Snobbish, when I went on line to sign up the same message appeared. So I did what they said to call them, in the end I was conned. REad my above message to know what happened. My advice to you is if it is OK you sign up with other service provider, do so rather than to be conned and in the end pay so much more than what they offer during their promotion. Please take what I posted earlier on this topic into consideration. Singnet is unprofessional and what they are more interested is $$$$ that is why they overcharge me. I signed up for promotion $32 to recontract but they sent me bill of subscription rate $45. Please don't use singnet if you can find some other providers who are better. did you read the whole contract and ask all the questions before signing? snigtel/singnet is like that ma, it's our own responsibility to find out all the hidden cost too. you probably signed up for the Value added services (VAS), like mail filter and email virus scan. Starhub also had a problem with wrong customer name in bills..My sister's name is Khor Shu Ya..and they actually addressed the letter to Mr. Khor Sau Ya..then my sis called to complain, they changed..but changed only the salutation..so it became Ms. Khor Sau Ya..finally on the third time then they got my sister's name correct..Originally posted by BabyRex:From my experience, Starhub is a more sincere service provider. Singtel don't bother even with Business Customer. Screwed up my company name and address. Nevermind, tell them to change, with all the proper documents attached, still can change wrongly. Didn't even double check what they did!
