  first u need a torrent *client, which is basicallly sth that opens the .torrent file
  
  some of them are bittorrent, utorrent....
  
  after u open the .torrent file with ur *client, it automatically dl the movie u wanted, in short, the .torrent file is just a command for ur torrent *client to dl the movie
