A fren of mine said that we can fine people if they jaywalk but must go police and ask for the authority or something.
It is true?
He say can fine up to $20
He heard it from a police talk in his school. -

but never heard that if you spot someone jay-walkin, you go to TP and tell the TP that somebody jaywalk, and that person will get fine -

now i think he is meant by.... you can go sign up yourself and help TP to catch jaywalkers.. is like a job like that.. means when that person see jaywalkers that person can fine jaywalkers immediately.. no need go back report
