"Your Esteem Organization" or "Your Esteemed Organization"

  I saw the former being written on a letter and I told the person that it should be "Your Esteemed" as it makes grammatical sense. but he told me off that everyone writes it as "Your Esteem Organization"...
  
  i'm not too sure about that because i don't have that much experience, but even on a google search there are alot mroe results for esteemed than esteem.

  why isit necessary to say "your esteem(ed) organisation"?

  PLS DONT USE "ESTEEM" OR "ESTEEMED". NO PAKAI ALREADY.
