some people here know i worked at some place during my summer hols.
i covered reception while the receptionist was on her breaks.
she has been fired. dunno what happened. the employees (other than big boss and HR) dunno what happened either.
i say ORBI!
becos, she had a damn bad attitute, was sibei lazy, no respect fer others, and when i covered her breaks, she took Xtra time. etc...
(yes, im damn bad, but for now, im actually kinda happy. hopefully the receptionist now actually bothers to screen calls and not be lazy) -

ehh...??? no leh. when she was on her lunch breaks etc, i sat at reception. it was part of my job
no Xtra pay (i do odds and ends, covering people who go for vacation cos it's the summer and pple have family )
AND HORRRRRR!!!!! she was going on vacation 2 weeks after i got the job. she was quite nice during the week i was under her training.
BUT!!!! after she got back from her vacation, she treated my like....crap

forever dun wan to screen calls. tell her boss is at a meeting, she still put calls to him. still page him loud loud over the paging system somemore. and when the courier and mail guys came by, she wouldnt answer the phone cos she wanted to talk to the courier pple and forever oni know how to complain. and she offended lots of people oso lor. and she has been there for a year oredi. there is this piece of mail she gets from ****** which she is supposed to deal with. BUT EVERYTIME she gets it, still need to ask her supervisor, 'what do i do with this???'

cos sometimes when u transfer calls, they get lost, so the receptionist is supposed to know who it was who called.
and other reasons lar. but anyways, she neber does it. -
screen call is essential especially ppl are in meeting and not aound. Cos the ppl that the caller can get back to them when they are free.
But I find that Nokia need new blood... Been waiting for a respond for a whole month....
