What if 10% malay kids like Natasha?

  Top PSLE malay student scored 294 best in singapore,
  natasha is indeed a rare breed, if 10% of malays able to do this, it will be healthy for us in the long run..
  a)Able to compete with foreign talent alongside with chinese and indians
  
  b)Stop the blame game towards the non malays for their failures in life
  
  IF only natasha is the norm and not the exception..sigh
