Don't use singnet lah, they suck! They are only interested to close sales deal and thereafter you get your deal, they can't be bothered. Don't use them. They have the attitude that they are offering the lowest rate in the market, so thereafter they get your sales they can't be bothered, and can act and talk as they like. -

i remembered last time ,the person said technician will come down to bring the laptop n setup the 2wiremodem
unless .. they fix modem for u but nvr bring laptop down then i tink thats crazy..

Think twice, not only think twice, think three times, million times to consider to continue with them. Me never think carefully and was not told by anyone who have bad encounters with them so I ended up suffering now. It is when I related my encounter on the overcharged bill that many people told me they gave up on singnet because of the same reason.
