Yo, me not cursing him, it's true to everyone, during our infant stage, we slept alot, then at teenage, like me, we sleep irregularly, then at middle age, we sleep like buffalo, then at old age, we sleep very less, just like my grandma, then all of the sudden, we sleep forever and rest in peace.
Anyway, according to my facial and slimming therapist, she said as long as we manage to sleep 7 hrs per day, the time is irrelevant, however late nite sleeping is not encourage as it will increase our body temperature and stress leading to early sign of fatigue, old age, hairdrop, wrinkle face, bad mood and tempermental reaction.
So, for those who sleep late, kindly adjust your mental clock to norm so as to hv better looks, fresh and healthy.
