  i oso got recipe for the banana milkshake
  but me no like banana, and i oso can't drink milkshake.....

  50g almond powder
  1 orange
  1 banana
  5 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream
  1 cup of ice
  
  blend for 10 to 15 secs
  
  improvise to make other kinds of milkshake

  i made banana smoothie b4 in my house in Adelaide
  i got a cheap blender which i bought to make.... CONGEE
  
  for the banana smoothie
  i put banana and peanut butter according to the recipe
  and dunno wat i forgot liao

  my next major investment will be for new clothes, shoes, bags for CNY

  i having a pair of new heels and the boots liao
