Well, guess u hve been eating her cooked foods for so many years, what's wrong with it? U have grown up because of her cooked foods and milk mah. Your Dad can always omit those fried foods as he should know his condition, high blood can be cause by many factors, not neccessary foods.
Mom's cooking mentality is hard to change, the only way is you cook for yourself or for the whole family.
