this happen 2 a frn..he and his wife getting divorced so they were looking 4 a buyer to buy their property. The wife found a buyer, her mum's frn.
Everything submit, went HDB with the buyer for 1st appointment, done. date was made for the 2nd(last appointment)
that 2nd appointment buyer never show up.
HDB uncle called him, he said he did not know,his agent did not tell him, and he never recieved HDB letter.
The HDB uncle shoot him say 1st appointment he was there mah
So no choice change 2 today, he never turn up again!
half hour his secretary call say pls change to next week
PS: buyer and his wife are big boss of big beauty company.
i mean, if dun wan buy he can juz say so right..
