i believe ts is just another loser. do nothing but whine alot and damned all the girls around him are not paying attention to him.

well its quite true that caucasian males are different than sg guys, simple because of the way we are brought up- traditional asian values vs western values.
so, for the certain girls out there they probably want something different so they flock to the white males.
but usually the r/s doesnt last. -

One other thing I've noticed though is a lack of understanding and appreciation of why asian guys are like that.
It's cuz:
1. Pressure from parents to get into medicine- so all free time goes to tutoring, learning piano and violin (borrrrring). No time for music, playing weekend sports etc.
2. National service. Further regimentation of the male mind for 2 years, which females can happily avoid. Wear the same clothes every day. Woohoo.
In the meantime, girls can happily go from school to uni/work knowing they are free from this and meet "outgoing" clubbing guys- read westerners.
I know this is a bit long. But Asian guys arent boring dull saps by choice. 21 years of enforced study and soldiering can "dullify" a person.
Next time you go out with your western bf, say thank you to the SG guys, just for shouldering the burden of parental expectations and military obligations.

Recently i was toking to a female fren of mine...she's chinese...i happened to pop her the question of wether she wld consider an angmoh bf or not...without hesitation she said something like: "Hmm dunno lor..maybe la..see how lor"...she was also toking bout some US show she saw on chn 5 recently..."Proposal" i think...and concluded sg guys r unromantic...
Mind u this fren of mine is NOT the clubbing sort...moreover she's just a simple next-door-neighbour kind of gal...
I agree not all sg gals have the same mentality...neither r all angmohs players...
Moreover not all sg guys think highly of PRC gals...i for one frown upon seeing one...i just think they're nothing but troublemakers...that's my opinion... -
