Oh gosh I stay in AMK and read the classified ads and found out public housing cost half a million..how can average worker even afford it?
After cash payout, no more money for renovation, eat porridge daily ..
No money for bride price,,thanks but no wonder more couples delayed marriage and less kids -
don't worry, some people (ministar) or FTs in s'pore very rich one...

Now public housing so pricey we are losing the purpose of it. to make housing for masses maybe sporeans are now all rich

If you can't afford to buy a resale flat, don't buy one
There are still the more affordable ones which you can buy directly from HDB
If you can't afford your dream pad
Just renovate the bare necessities
You don't need a lavish wedding to get married -
