Going into NS - what to bring?

Going into army on the 6th of dec, so roughly 6 days to gather whatever i need. BMT for 3 weeks, what should i bring?
When they say civilian clothes, just the usual like plain white/blue etc t shirt yes? And same with pants, like denmim shorts or something, should i bring that?
How about things like a hanger, is that needed?
I heard its good to bring in an mp3 player also like a cheap one, is that adviceable? What other doo dads should i need to bring along like maybe detergent soap?

other misc items like toilet paper, towel etc will be issued to you.

go in with jeans and t-shirt(nothing offensive on the t shirt)...book out also wear the same thing...
U can bring in a small quantity of washing powder if U want...
