  should call singtel hotline.

  call singtel hotline to get them to send the form to you so that you can mail it back to them. then they'll mail the form to the bank which will then set up an instruction to charge to ur credit card.
  
  good way of earning reward points.
  
  btw it takes about a month

  no need so troublesome...they can just enter into the system...if ur card cannot be used...then the bill they send U will just be a normal bill that U need to pay...if not it will be stated that bill will be paid by credit card.
