  No max requirement....
  
  Within Singapore waters I am only allowed to steer a "SZ" registered boat.
  
  "SZ" registered boat is anything that is meant for pleasure purposes.
  
  But the law only applies if the vessels is Singapore registered...
  
  which means.. i can be unlicensed a steer a Panamanian registered boat in singapore waters and they just suck thumb.

  my dad last time wan me take becoz he got speedboat....but i lazy to maintain boat sia.....i always dread going to maintaining the boat......but then again sometimes quite fun

  by public roughly 400 - 500 total expenses enough liao, if u keep failing retake then more lor.
  
  heard the theory test only can have 4 question wrong out of 20 or 30 qns, otherwise fail. practical is easy i guess..
