Scariest in SG: Old Changi Commando Barracks?

seems to be the creepiest haunted spot in SG. -

hospital supposed to be most haunted.....becoz got mortuary and people die every few days.......
but go one spot that i know more worse........you know the causeway to sentosa?
the part thats nearer to sentosa near the now under construction universal studios?
that was where every evening during world war 2, the japanese would chop of the head of the chinese -

The actual massacre place is at a place called Berhala Reping inside Serapong golf course. Bones were found, years later, at the site where the Old Coralrium(sp?) was situated, when they were doing foundation works for the Coralrium.
By the way, where you read the Japanese chopping off the heads of chinese in Sentosa? -

there used to be a native there but ofcourse she live on mainland now lah.....i called her Kak Rose
she used to work at sentosa.....she said when she was young(living at sentosa)
it would happen every evening....but she said it was near the used to be group arrival center. -

The modus operandi of the Kempetai during the early part of the war (when Sook Ching happened) was not to behead people secretly. Moreover:
1. Beheading was an honour accorded to the beheaded. Refer to Operation Rimau.
2. Beheading was slow, shooting and/or bayoneting is faster.
3. According to documented records, the victims in Sentosa were taken out by motorboats, iirc, to be shot.
4. If beheading happened, e.g. first week after British capitulated, it was done as a severe warning to the civilians. -
actually, according to the SPI website, there's some rooms which are sealed up into brick walls due to unknown reasons in the old commando barracks and i really want to go there use sledgehammer to break open the sealed rooms to see what's inside.

But then quite amazing hor. That part of Sentosa is not very ulu right? It is just facing mainland Singapore and then every evening you have people kenna beheaded. From my memory, that part was already developed in 1942?
Records of mass decapitation is very rare; don't remember any eyewitnesses mention before. Furthermore why behead people every evening if you can shoot them aka the conventional way? -

Note that there is something different between the Rape of Nanking and Sook Ching.
The former was meant as a kind of pillage, the latter is purification. The objectives are different.
The latter was supposedly conducted in secret, away from civilian eyes. Or else they could just execute you along the street, no need to even bring you to ulu places to be shot. -
