Hence, there are 4 different combinations
Thus, even for one couple, there are 4 different possible combinations for the same gene. Including the fact that looks and features require more than 1 gene, there are just too many different combinations -

You think about it. Do you and your sibling of the same sex look the same? Assuming both of you are born out of the same two parents of course.
The probability of looking the same is almost close to nil, not to mention the probability of a different pair of twin parents producing the exact same look-alike offspring.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. It's pretty difficult to put into words. -

One egg split into two also twins
The one egg split into two has a higher chance of having twins again... but does not necessary mean similar twins will be born to them. -
Gametes produced by the parents will not be the same due to crossing over.
So their children will not be the same even if their parents are clones. -

I'm a Biology & Chemistry teacher & tutor. And the answer is no. Even without going into technicalities of genetics, common sense will tell you the answer (so this is a good IQ question, not necessarily only for Biology students).
How so? Just think about any couple. Does their first child look like their second child? So even if you've a carbon copy of this couple... you get the idea.
In terms of genetics then, a summary is this :
Johnny and Tommy are identical twins, they have identical genes.
Jane and Mary are identical twins, they have identical genes.
If either couple (Johnny and Jane; Mary and Tommy) have identical twin children, then the children will look the same, *within*, not *across* the same immediate couple family.
Comparing across the two couples, you will find that, identical twin children or not, couple A's children cannot look the same as couple B's children, because of the same reason why the first child never looks the same as the second child :

I actually called her, got no response, then realize it's not my friend..

Answer: No...
Even if the Parent's genome are 100% similar, you have to consider the epigenetic effects, like environmental factors and stuff that will affect the development of the embryo as well as the gene regulators - are they regulating the same alleles of the different genes?
Too many factors to consider.
