I was passing by a new HDB estate and a mum holding her son about 5-6 years old saying he wants Mcdonald breakfast but Mum said NO...

whats so special abt being behind japan. if the child wants a toy should the mum have bought it for him? -
maybe he had it the day before? Moreover is not cheap to have a mac breakfast nowadays.
Here's are some possiblity why the mother don't wanna buy.
1. Don't wanna spoil the child.
2. Had it the day before.
3. Being thoughtful and care for the child health.
4. Afraid the child can't finish after buying it.
5. Might not really have the money to afford (one mac breakfast range from $2-$8++ or more)?
6. Because of Happy Meal, that why mother don't wanna buy mac breakfast?
Anyone can add on? I only know when my time, whenever I want Mac as a meal, my parents seldom get me Mac 'Happy Meal', they will always order those standard meal, because wu hua.

parents shouldn't always give their kids whatever they ask for... otherwise the kid will take it as a right, and not as a privilege as it should be.
