As for company wanting to cheat CPF, how long can they do it? 6 months? You will receive your half yearly statement , see the missing contributions, report to CPF Board. As long as your employment by the company is legal and proper, you are protected by the CPF Act.
I knew of a certain hotel that failed to pay up CPF and was blacklisted by the Board sometime ago, I think the penalty was quite serious.
