  Since most work 5days/week
  
  give a little amount a day...., so u actually neber give 100%, onli give a few everyday
  
  but overall. u still get 100%

  i roughly understand mean u don't need to put 100% effort everyday to work. just 15% of your effort on monday,26%tuesday and so on and sofore.
