  Anyway, I think that the person has the right to do multiple transactions when he had rightfully queued up for his turn. You are just angry that you are in his/her queue.
  
  One time I was queueing (1st person, infact only me queueing behind that couple) to top up my ezlink and I encounter one person staying in front of me dunno do wat fuck... anyhow press... I waited for like 5 mins before approach them and ask whether they have any idea what they are doing or not...
  
  then find out they had totally no clue on using the machine... I was wondering why they do not go to the counter to top up...
  
  Anyway, helped them so I can get to use the machine faster...
