Bogus business that runs using charity name

Any of u ever approached by some people most often youngster who called themselves ‘volunteer’ from so & so, asking for some donation saying that the money will be used to help disable student or those student which need financial help etc; usually they asked for $10.
Ever thought of whether that money really goes $10 into the needy side?
IÂ’m just wondering if any of u knows something about it or anyone can verify this issues? because from what I heard most of the money 80-90% actually goes to the pocket of their boss, the so called volunteer also earn part of donation amount that they collected

Last time i actually want go to NKF to work.. haah guess what the Manager told me?
He Said "there is no wage or salary in our this place we dun call it that way we call it Transportation fee and eating allowance.. cos as u all know charity if talk about salary is sensitive."
guess what? the next day i dun work le lol!!! -

next time if u suay suay need help from such organisations then u noe loh.... -

I don't donate money to people on the streets anymore.
If I want to donate to a particular charity, I would rather send the money by cheque directly to the charity. I don'r trust internediaries/agents at all.....
