Any eye clinic to recommend beside SNEC ?

  I am with SNEC for some time liao, coz half of my left eye (close to the nose) is always reddish (alot of blood vessels)
  
  Only that half
  
  SNEC after checking say i got dry eyes due to contact resulting me cannot wear contacts liao
  
  For some reason, i am seeing the same doc at SNEC for 3 times liao
  
  But it has been so long and i still look e same so i am thinking of getting a 2nd opinion becoz a fren commented hw come dry eye only affect half the eye only
  
  Any eye clinic to recommend and hw much is one standard consultation actually?

  Just realised a couple of private clinic consultation alone is at 80 to 150
  
  OMG...
