work experience and degree

  how many yrs of work experience do u tink a person shld have if he just graduates with a degree @ age 27?
  
  I seen many 25yrs old graduating with nil experience, for guys i mean.
  But that's okay, since they can catch up.

  i tink he means.. hmmm... ppl finish NS.. 22 or so.. then str8away take degree... so graduate.. by 25...
  
  so in his case.. i think he meant... he started his degree later?... few yrs after NS??

  poly guys finish degree late also so tink its ok ba... most impt is get a job 1st...

  my cousin graduated age of 30.... now 32 years... own condo and car already... he moved up pretty fast in his company....
  
  but then... he got experience... so if u start degree later.. better go work... gain experience...
  
  if 27.. i think work experience shld be.. 3 ,4 yrs?
