Personalized Figurines in Singapore?

  Hi all!
  
  are there any shops/stalls in singapore that offer Personalization of Figurines services?
  
  eg. i give the shop a few photos of my friend and that shop makes a figurine that looks very alike to my friend in the photo.
  
  Any idea how long does it take and how much does it costs?
  
  I need to find 1 urgently! Please Help!

  this stall between OG albert and fu lu shou that open area
  but not always there one

  I may be wrong, ..but I thought I saw one such shop in Orchard Cineleisure.
