My secondary teacher last time told my class.

haha. i experienced something similar.. also used to be a normal acad student.. but school dont offer bio.. and the only science we can take is combined phy/chem. so i tried asking my teachers and they tried asking the principal. she just dont allow lo. cos for us, the max no. of subjs we can take is 7 .. but sch maximum offered 6 only and for some students only 5 subjs. my teachers were rather supportive, but the principal just refused to allow.. then say what "aiya, you just concentrate on whatever subjs u are offered etc" quite demorlizing. cos bio in my sch was offered only as pure bio and to the top 2 classes of express stream only. sigh. in the end i grad and moved on to study bio related course in poly - -' lol..
dont know is it me or what, but i feel in a way that schools no matter what, are always biased towards the top students .. like they make it sound like only express stream students are smart students n those in the normal stream = cmi. sad. hais.
nvm, at least we stand up for ourselves, work hard and prove them wrong~ haha.

i have 2 2nd upper analyst working under me who graduated with flying colors from the local education system and yet to provide a viable solution for the client's issue at work. And they have been at work for the past 9 mths and yet still unable to grasp the requirements. -

Of cause schools are biased to the top students,they are the who will be making the school proud -
lol come on dude , there are ITE cert holders who make it for university , once u have a degree or masters who cares you pass your n lvl or o lvls? they jsut wan to see your degree/masters , some ppl are not academically inclined , they will be good in doing courses , rather than dead studying , u can somehow see ppl who cant study too long? thats becos they are not academically inclined , that dosent mean they are not smart. and some ppl can really study long hours , then maybe they are the top scholar in school , but mind you , in business world , those ppl with skills cert , eg.diploma , nitec courses , their work performance is much more better than a A lvl student. cos they only know how to study what is in their book and their thinking is very shallow and not deep enough.Originally posted by TiKoPek:so how much u spent "buying" that degree/master of urs? it would be funny to c a degree holder who cant even pass n lvl

some of the teacher join the edu system becos of the pay, welfare benefit , not becos of passion for moulding someones life... I once have seconday sch teacher very lecherous there was once I was slightly late for school for the first time in my life and while I was being reprimanded severly by this man , my super chio class mate stepped into the school (more than 10 min later than me) the f uc ker smiled at her and said ' O you are late , next time dun be late ok 'then she was let off, while I was given detention class to stay back to do free saikang for the school ..
Many years later I saw this fu cke r in a KTV , caressing a young girl , this guy is really a shame of the education system and moraly corrupted, the last I heard that he was even promoted to a vice principle !!
So dun be surprised if the TS teacher became some principle or school suprindent in the near future ! -

My time the N level teacher have been very encouraging
becos all the while Bendemeer Sec is top 10 in N level cohort
well , No one wil have the right to judge a N student is worse then an express student
in fact many of my classmate went to be Business Admin Stuff , Secretary and Now i going into Financial Service Sector -
my skool teecher told me if i want to push trash trolley sweep floor no need study so much in sec skool, he also told me if want to jio ppl fight don call comapnay don't scare polis don't need to apologize to me in front of police say u got family. chey i tot he very good also scary cat lanjiao bin
