I know this is kind of a stupid question, but I have never posted mail to overseas, so how do I go about doing this?

Haha. No la. I use the local service every year, and registered mail once, but I wasn't sure international is the same as local.

go to the post office and the staff will answer all your questions and get your mail sent

bring ur letter or parcel to Post office.
queue up
then tell the person u want to mail to which country
if u want by normal mail, tell the person.. after pasting the stamp, just drop into the mail collection box.
if u want by registered mail, tell the person
by registered mail, the person will pass u a white form to fill up the name & address. with an additional cost of $2.20 (if i m not wrong)
