Questions about Zouk, New clubber

Hi guys,
i just started clubbing, haven't been to zouk yet.
Would anyone so kindly reply some of my questions i would really like answered?
Firstly, How packed is Phuture on Fridays? I know its really bad on the eve of public holidays, but what about on ladies nights? Is it bad to the extent where its really skin to skin, unmovable?
On mambo nights in zouk
Is it also packed skin to skin? I wonder how they dance then, heard they play retro music with funny moves then.
Then on non-mambo nights, what kind of music does zouk play? Is it house?
Finally, any other advice to a new clubber like me would be greatly appreciated.

packed or not packed depends one la.
of course if next day is ph or what, then mambo night lagi more pack.
but recently zouk seems to have quieten down abit. -

skin to skin, but still movable, just tat it takes hell lot of time and skill

Also, there are so many queues, is the phuture queue from the wine bar side? Like just beside it?

hard to find a club with more girls than guys..
wanna go have to be exposed to this kinda stuff..
last time i enter thru phuture.. not sure about normal..
cause i got free entry..

u staying in phuture only? i believe u can queue at zouk's queue also. admit entry to both phuture and zouk

There are some clubs more girls than guys lah, you just need to know where it is, i always go those places but now lesser coz WASTE TIME WASTE MONEY! I'm pretty confused at the queues at zouk
The queue to phuture is it by the winebar or are there 2 queues on the road pavement?
I'm like damn blur now. Cos my fren just told me there's no phuture queue, just enter zouk and there's a stairs up to phuture
I also heard if u enter by zouk now you can't enter phuture, but u can the other way around. -
yes, if u wanna club, must prepare to lose your virgin and innocence.
when people club, they tend to be lost and blur blur kids, but 6 weeks into clubbing and they're often mistaken for the whores at orchard towers.

Ya, it is real crowed on fridays and maybe saturdays. At the dancing area, it is super packed like sardines but that's part of the fun.
Advice for new clubbers, always have friends go with you in case of drunk or trouble with other people. Have fun and stay out of trouble. -

A: Really depends, on several occasions Phuture isn't so crowded until like 11:30pm where it starts to get difficult to move around, and usually it becomes so packed by 1:00am it is difficult to enjoy yourself and is unbearable. On ladies' nights (isn't it Mambo Jumbo?) the crowd usually intensify roughly at the same time period, though why are you at Phuture on Mambo night?
I wonder if there is other days that are ladies' night.

A: Yup. Retro Disco Music from the 80s to now. There's a whole set of silly dance moves that veterans may know. I find Mambo nights really fun, and the dance floor (from experience) have some room to actually move your arms up.

A: House, Electronica, Techno, rarely Trance. Personally I prefer MOS for my music.

I don't really understand about their entrance fee, I just pay for Zouk or Phuture, they give me drink coupons, and I freely roam the club. I think it is just where your coupons can be used, that's all.
And some advices: Bring/Go with someone who is experienced, get sufficiently tipsy a little, don't get into trouble, don't drink too much until puke (trust me, it is close to the 2nd worst thing you can experience), and just DANCE.[/i]
