What business entity to use for business?

hi guys,
If you're setting up a business , what kind of entity you can use for filing taxes..for eg online business , trading, etc.....any advice is welcome..

When setting up a business, the first considerations should be:-
1. Type of business
2. Mode of operation
Once these have been determined, then you consider what business entity is best suited for your needs.
