  Hi there would like to know if anyone here has actually improves their reasoning ability by doing mentally demanding logic puzzles regularly
  
  Would like to know how drastic is the improvement and is it effective even without the aid of brain-enhancement supplements

  personally i find playing chinese chess helps a lot.
  i find that my mind thinks more logically and more in sequence.

  spend time to calm your mind......
  
  you will find it hard/irritating to reason yourself when you are thinking of other stuffs......
  
  a clear mind is better
