  Suppose you hate your current job and you are thinking of resigning.
  
  Will you find a job first than tender your resignation or will you resign first than find a job after that?

  i watched channel newsasia and there are reports from an analysis saying that there's a possible recession due to the aftershocks of the US's Subprime morgage.
  
  if i were you, try to hold on. if not search for a job first before running off.

  If you are poor, best you find a job first.

  tender & resign isnt it the same thing?
  if u found a job, u hv to tender ur resignation..
  if u havent find a job, & u wish to resign 1st.. u still need to tender ur resignation..
  
  but is always better to find a job 1st b4 tender..
