Suggestions for Party Games

In need of urgent help...just got elected the games coordinator for my company's party tonight...so I need some quick ideas for games to play during the party..
Preferably something that can get everyone to play together (We have around 25 guests) and something that can be played without much preparation...

You said got guest but no idea guest from where. Dunnoe can use icebreaker games or not. everyone takes turn to hit the doll, when the doll gets blown up, all candies will flow down and everyone will fight to get the candies.
