How to enable fax service??

  I go singtel website cannot find it. Only have the Virtual Fax thing..
  
  want to buy a AIO machine but dont know how the fax thing work??
  Must pay registration subscription fees? Monthly usage? Hows the rate?
  
  What about the number, same as house is it?

  isit a physical fax or through computer fax?
  
  need to connect to a fone line for physical fax
  
  computer fax u need to connect to a fax modem (dial-up)
