Is it alright for a 15-year old guy to simply just take a stroll at one of the local parks shirtless. Will it make other people there uncomfortable? Or is it rude to do that?

Only if you have multiple tattoos on your chest or back area, you can do that. Otherwise you may stay at home and sleep.

My friend likes to do that. Well, Im much older than him. But I really think he waste his time doing it. He said that it makes him feel good - feel the wind blowing against his body. What do u think? If u see someone his age walking shirtless in the park what will all of you think? Plz be honest. He's still a young boy where got 6 packs, tattoo. Rubbish! Serious, man!
