The ironic is that for those who sleep less will tends to hv lots of sickness due to lack of sleep and perhap die early. And for those who sleep enough will be healthy, more active, brighter and perhap live longer.
But, in contrast, those who sleep less, will hv more waking time to spend, and those who sleep enough will live longer to compensate their sleeping time. So, if we think we live till 70 yo and spent 8 hrs daily sleeping, in actual fact, we live in waking time is only perhap 46years. But if we live till only 60yo, but slept 4 hrs per day, our waking time is about 50 years.
