How come doctors cannot write properly?

I've neva in my life seen a loctor writing neatly....
some told me they have to write like this cos rushing for time to save a live so no time to care about writing neatly. Others say the medicine name too cheem, they cannot spell so anyhow write to smoke their way through. Even got some told me writing like this is a trademark of doctors......
anybody knows the actual reason?
