  Hmm, i am quite shocked by this % distribution. Hmm, 80% admin work. This is indeed a little worrying. Why is this so? I thought Schools now will hire those administrators to do the paper work?

  u think teaching is all about teaching?
  
  lesson planning....paper setting....handling CCAs...updating students records in SCHOOL COCKPIT system...and many other things..is in a teachers jobscope...
  
  being a teacher isnt about taking out textbooks and just talking to kids....
  
  got alot of other things u need to do too
