do you have sudden sharp pain in your stomach?
I have never experienced this before but this time I've experienced sharp pain this time. Not sure what wrong food did I have yesterday?

ya i ever bad stomach flu till i vomit and do my stools in one toilet trip..
after that my legs jelly already..

might have stomach flu if it included nausea or vomitting.
meanwhile have something to stop ur diarrhoea..

Hmm, not vomiting and nausea.
But just now, my stomach was so pain that i have to knee down, but after going to the toilet, i was able to stand and walk as normal.
I have to go to the toilet again, think i went 11-12 times today -

I think its a mild food poisoning ba. Drink LOTS of water like what people said.
Or maybe the baby inside you is just learning how to kick.

Haha just so happen i had stomach flu last week.
3 straight days of diarrhoea plus vomitting and a high fever of 39.5
About the water drinking, drink lots of it but dont drink too much at one shot. Cos they might induce u to vomit again. If you need to, drink in small but many sips.. -
It is a Stomach flu that I have caught. Am not feeling too good now still but am recovering.

Better go see doctor.... don't self medicate. Food poisoning is caused by the inbalance of the bacteria floras in our gut or intestines. What causing this inbalance, we don't know.
Can be mild bacteria, like mutative E. Coli, causing gastroenteritis, to serious bacterias, like vibrio cholerae or salmonella spp, causing cholera or salmonellosis.
Last time, I had food poisoning, got watering discharges for three days, tot it gone away for good but it came back with vengeance after two days. This time, it was worse, got it for 5 days, even after seeing doctor.
Don't drink milk, it will make things worse. But drink yogurt, which contains lactobacillus, may help to restore our bacteria floras. -
last time tio.. drink alot plain water.. all vomit out agn lol back to square one
but still shld drink more..cos sure lose alot water during dat time
