well this is my very very very effective method, u gotta try this.
every morning u wake up, drink VERY LITTLE of water, just a few sip...
bear with it, i noe u will be still thirsty, just wet up ur mouth is enough.
then go jog at an average speed of 10mins, after the 10mins jog, u should perspire, if not jog another 10mins.
once u perspire enough, go for a 40 mins walk, the speed is not significant... it is the time that is significant...
after the workout, dont straight away eat, but u might like to eat things that are very very LOW in fat.... after 30mins of the workout, u can now eat ur proper meal...
