  my fren gave me a gym ball for xmas present leh
  cos tt time i complain my chair spoil
  sit liao always back pain, butt pain
  and a gym ball can help correct posture and stuff
  
  but now no use cos i got a new chair......

  mom buy one

  do crunches.. can stabalize your core..
