Phone call from china lady..

  I jus received a call from a chinese speaking lady.. she says she is calling from Ya Zhou Dian Shi tai ... on behalf of Channel 8 in Singapore...
  
  Ask me wat hp i using, ask is it nokia? I say ya.. Den ask my name... i say jus ms Tan la... .. I say ms tan cannot is it? She say need full name one coz she need to prove tat she made tat call.Her chinaa accent also hard to understand...
  
  Is this another scam??
