Applying to overseas uni

  Hello all, will be graduating from poly this year. But as the fact that i'm XY thus the need to serve NS.
  
  Just a quick question: do i apply for universities (australia, usa) now or do i apply when i'm like 1year through NS? Seems like they do not grant deferment for 2years unlike local unis.
  
  Another question is...SAT has validity period? 3yrs isit?

  not too sure.. but if you're talking about applying australia uni, try ask the IDP counsellors..
